Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What to pack for Vietnam?

We recommend packing lightweight, breathable clothing (such as cotton or linen) suitable for a tropical climate, comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and insect repellent. If your itinerary includes visits to temples, pagodas, or historical sites, please bring modest attire that covers your shoulders and knees. A light rain jacket or a small umbrella is also handy during the monsoon season.

Most international travelers require a visa to enter Vietnam. However, citizens from certain countries enjoy visa exemptions for stays ranging from 14 to 45 days. We highly recommend applying for an e-Visa online through the official Vietnamese government portal at least 1 to 2 weeks before your departure date. Our team is happy to provide guidance if you need assistance with the application process.

Our standard day tours typically include:

Transportation: Two-way transfer in an air-conditioned vehicle.

Guide: A professional, experienced English-speaking local tour guide.

Admissions: All entrance fees to attractions listed in the itinerary.

Meals: A traditional Vietnamese lunch and complimentary bottled water.

Note: Personal expenses, gratuities/tips for the guide and driver, and travel insurance are generally excluded unless explicitly stated in the tour details.

Vietnam is a year-round destination, but the best weather depends on the region you plan to explore:

Northern Vietnam (Hanoi, Halong Bay, Sapa): Ideal from October to April when the weather is cooler and drier.

Central Vietnam (Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue): Best visited from February to August for sunny and dry beach weather.

Southern Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City, Mekong Delta): Warm year-round, with the dry season running from November to April.

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. However, due to the advance arrangements required for our tours, the following cancellation and amendment terms apply once your booking is confirmed:

More than 15 days before departure: A fee of 50% of the total tour price will be charged.

Within 15 days of departure, or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total tour price will be charged (no refund).

Note: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances. If you need to make any amendments to your booking, please contact our support team as early as possible so we can assist you.
